Data protection - Privacy policy
1. You give your consent to KPSports s.r.o., with legal address Kotkova 50/16, 460 14, Liberec, IČ: 22332294, registered in the public register of the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, section C, box 53192/KSUL, (hereinafter "Administrator"), in accordance with Law No. 101/2000 Sv. (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Law") for the processing of the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
2. Your first name, last name, phone number, and email address must be processed in order to obtain the necessary information to issue a tax document, deliver the item to your address, contact the carrier about the transfer of your parcel, and automatically electronically deliver the tax document. This data will be processed by the Administrator for 3 years.
3. You expressly consent to the processing of the above. Consent can be revoked at any time by sending KPSports s.r.o. e-mail to the e-mail address of info@kpsports.eu or in writing to the address of the registered office of the company specified in paragraph 1.
4. Personal data are processed by the Administrator, but data may also be processed by other processors for the Administrator.
For example, Software Provider, Website Provider, External Logistics and Warehouse Company.
Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you are entitled to:
- withdraw your consent at any time.
- ask us for information on how we handle your personal data.
- ask us for clarification regarding the processing of your personal data.
- request access to your data from us and update or change this data.
- request the deletion of your personal data.
- if you have any doubts about our compliance with the requirements for the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
We have 30 days to review your request. During this time, your request will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome.
